For Christmas, I’d like a tall, handsome, Tassie boy who cooks like a chef and drinks good wine. Oh wait, I already have one and married him!
A big welcoming hug and refresh for my soul. We live in Sydney in the hussle n bustle that a city life entails. A stop- n- reset for the new year would by my Christmas wish from Tassie!
I would like Bicheno and Swansea for Christmas please.
Cheers to this great Christmas initiative, it would make one of my dreams come true. I am a sucker for great, raw honeys and always looking for new, small productions of different types. A big supply of Tassie assorted honey would just be a wonderful christmas present –and a good help to get through winter flu&colds!
What would put a smile on my face would be a shack on a beach at Bruny Island to share with family and friends and escape the pressures of city life.
And Launceston too please. Really like Launceston. Would add Bruny, but I think you guys have that already. Rather like the central plateau…
I’d happily receive a very small heart attack from Tasmania for Christmas due to an insane amount of excitement, if I were deemed lucky enough to win this! It would be the best heart attack ever! I’d also looove to receive a little button grass flower. I looove button grass but have never seen it in flower. I’ve heard it’s very special and would like to see and capture it in a photograph for myself. I think that would be a very magical thing to receive from Tassie for Christmas. If I were being reaaaallly hopeful, I’d love a picnic, sampling some of Tasmania’s beautiful local produce in a whole field of button grass flowers! Ideal!
A box of Bruny Island cheese, some Get Shucked Oysters, a Home Hill Pinot Noir, and some Boks bacon! Mmm! It wouldn’t be Christmas without a box of big fat Tassie cherries!
What an amazing gift! I’ve entered and even if I don’t win, one day I’ll come visit your lovely part of Australia!
I would be enchanted to hand to you in person what I ‘ve baked. See: http://www.rebis-goodfood.ch!
That would be my greatest gift!
We are hoping that you haven’t been caught up in the bushfires. All our thoughts are with the people in Tassie that have lost their homes or are on standby to evacuate. Having lost all of our possessions in the Black Saturday fires in Victoria, my (post)-Christmas wish would be that everyone is safe. That would be the greatest gift of all.
Hi Helen – thanks for thinking of us but we are ok – unfortunately a lot of people have lost a lot.
